This is a piece of Spector History! The B.O.B. (Bolt On Bass) was made in very limited quantities during their production time, estimated under 150 in existance. According to previous listings where this instrument was sold, this specific bass was still in the Woodstock facility before they moved to its current space.
This Spector BOB has its original EMG SSD Soapbar Humbucking Pickups and has a current Spector Darkglass Tone Capsule with a 3rd micro potentiometer in the control cavity that adjusts the low mids.
We have fully inspected this instrument and confirmed everything is functional as it should be. The body is overall in great condition with exception of the back where it looks like it slid on the floor or something. The neck feels fantastic but does have some very small impact dimples on it that aren't really felt while playing. There are also a couple of screw holes from where a different type of jack plate was installed at one point.
The bass does not include a case. We will ship securely using a generic bag or case. Contact us about upgrading your case!
