Shipping

Most orders submitted before 12-PM Pacific Standard Time are shipped on the same day.  Not all products are always in stock so it is advisable to contact Fret Nation if delivery is expected to be expedited.  Fret Nation will always try to ship items as soon as possible.  All packages that are shipped to the buyer should be inspected before signing any delivery paperwork.  All packages are shipped via U.S.P.S. or U.P.S. depending on the buyers order specification.  Orders will only be shipped to the Billing Address on the Credit Card or PayPal transactions.  If the buyer requires orders to be shipped to an alternate address; prior engagements must be set before the buyer places the order and certain procedures will be taken.  Buyers must add any additional shipping address information to the buyers PayPal account before orders are placed.  The PayPal address listed on the transaction must be a confirmed and verified address.  No Exceptions.  Orders that are submitted with multiple items will be filled when all the items are in stock and the remaining items that are not in-stock will be placed in a backorder status.  Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Drop Shipping

In the event a product is not on hand at time of purchase, Fret Nation reserves the right to have the item Drop Shipped directly from the manufacturer when available. This option is only available by select manufacturers and will only be available to users within the United States. In the event an item is Drop Shipped, Fret Nation will not share any financial information with the fulfilling company. The customers Address and Phone number will be shared with the company for shipping purposes only. This service is done at no additional cost to the customer.
