Instruments
We want you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase! We will do all we can to get you the instrument of your dreams! If you have received your instrument and are not fully satisfied a return, refund, or exchange can be arranged in accordance to this "Return Policy for Instruments" purchased on Fret Nation.
Instruments sold as "New" and can still be sold as "New" may be returned for a full refund less the actual incurred shipping costs and any unrecoverable payment processing fees from payment processors like PayPal for example. Refunds will be issued within Ten (10) Days of receiving the item.
Amplification & Electronic Products
The return of "New Factory Sealed Packaged" items such as Pedals, Amplifiers, or Speaker Cabinets that were opened by the receiver will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than being defective. In the event one of these items is received and determined and verified by the manufacturer that it is defective a restocking fee will not be charged. If a purchase is made and returned because "it is not what I was expecting" or "I changed my mind" and the factory seal is broken, a 20% restocking fee will be withheld from any refund. It is the purchasers responsibility to safely return the product to Fret Nation.
Accessories & Parts
Returns will be accepted for select items within 30 days of purchase dependent on the nature of the product. The condition of the product must be in brand new, re-salable condition with no markings on the product itself and its original package must be unopened. If products are returned without set policy, the product will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense. All special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The cost of shipping will only be refunded at the discretion of Fret Nation. Fret Nation is not responsible for any duty fees or taxes on international shipping returns when product is sent back to the buyer due to failure of following the Fret Nation policies. Damaged products must be inspected and reported within 24 Hours of delivery with proof; digital pictures sent via e-mail for example. Fret Nation will not accept returns of product that has been installed or with factory seals opened. In the event of product defects, please contact us by email: info@fretnation or telephone (951)474-8484. Fret Nation must receive proof and notifications of damaged products in a timely manner (within 24 Hours) to proceed with proper action. All refunds are processed once the product is delivered to Fret Nation and inspected. This process can take up to 5 business days. Refund transactions are refunded to the original payment method only. Depending on the original payment method, refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. All returns must be authorized by Fret Nation and a "Return Authorization" (RA) Number must be issued by Fret Nation and marked on the outside of the package (not on the product) to be accepted. Returns with any physical tape applied or notes applied to the packaging will not be accepted. Any product that is returned without a "RA" number will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. Returns where orders received "Free Shipping" or orders were not charged a separate "Shipping Fee," the total amount of the purchase price less the actual shipping cost will be refunded.
