This instrument arrived to us not as a B-Stock but as A-Stock new inventory.  When we were doing our inspection and setup, we noticed a section of the fingerboard did not have the same sheen to it as the rest.  From the 7th fret to the 15th fret, the fingerboard has a more satin matte finish.  At first we thought it needed some oil, so we put some oil on it and put it aside....and well what do you know, a year later we check it out again and it is still there.  So we are offering this bass with a massive discount due to this fingerboard blemish.  Can you restore the finish?  Probably but that sounds like a project for you to take on!  Everything else about the bass is excellent!  The bass does have a factory warranty on everything with exception of the fingerboard blemish.
