Kind of unsure how to rate these. Construction was good. Silk wrap on the D string was more orange than the rest. Very smooth grooves in the strings almost like “compression wound”. They sound bright but mellow compared to other nickel rounds I’ve played. LOTS of mids Something about the texture of the metal used for the outer wrap my fingers just didn’t like. Pulling tension was a little on the higher side.
