For this instruments age it is in very good shape. There are a couple of finish chips on the bass side cutout that have been stabilized, and on the back the body has some scuffing on it. The finish overall has some natural checking that is visible when light hits it the right way. Everything else works as it should!
This bass has one of the most comfortable Fender necks I have played being slightly asymmetrical.
