Good strings but not what I thought

I ordered these strings thinking they were extended range. They were not, so I cannot use my B string.

Besides not the right strings, it came quickly and was in good condition.

I would have returned them but I had a show several days after I received them and had to use 4:5 strings

OH NO! We wish we knew you were having issues
we could have helped out.

So first off. These strings are not advertised to fit on extended
range instruments. These have a 37.25inch winding length which is
clearly stated on the listing. Most Multi-Scale instruments or longer
scale instruments will require a longer length.

You can get away with using the 37.25inch B-String by shimming the nut
either with a piece of folded business card or paper.

What bass specifically are you using these for so I can point you in
the direction of strings that will fit it appropriately that we may
offer?
