PERFECT

I hadn't been able to find a better price anywhere. And I really wanted to get some good flatwounds on this new Black Hofner. I had built 4 customed cabinets each carrying their own 12' speaker powered by a Hartke 250 bass amp. The Hofner came with round wounds and the sound was interesting but I wanted to hear it with the flats. I put them on and let them sit. Then tuned them and let them sit. The tuned they again, plugged in and it blew me away!!! The string were just the thing that took this from a bass to a BASS! Amazing sound. Already told my friend a close friend of Vic about the 'Nation". Highly recommended-I will buy from no on else. I've been playing since 1958, so I've been 'around'. I'm buying from Flat Nation from here on in. They listened, they recommened, they moved quickly and professionally.
