This bass is pre-owned and shows little to no signs of being played. We can not find any signs of wear other than a couple of fingerprints on the pickup covers which is to be expected of the metal pickup covers. The bass is absolutely stunning and was just hit with a fresh treatment of Warwick Wax. This bass was $16990 in 2022, in 2024 this would be pushing $20K assuming you can find such a stunning 1" Buckeye top!
The original Warwick Custom Shop leather bag is included and is in very good condition showing minor signs of use. No rips or tears.
This stunning Warwick CustomShop MasterBuilt bass was designed by Jason of Fret Nation. The Master Reserve 1" Buckeye Burl top was chosen for its swirly movement and perfectly placed coloring which compliments the Thumbs unique body shape. The buckeye top has been stabilized with resin keeping its unique knots in place while also hiding the 7-piece Wenge and Bubinga neck. A thin black veneer separates the buckeye top from the Bubinga Pommele' back so beautiful it is more than worthy of being a top.
The body is finished off with a Black Warwick Brass Bridge System and MEC Brushed Metal Cover SoapBar Revesre-P Split Coil Pickups pumping through a MEC 3-Way Preamp 9v Circuit. The Twenty-Six Jumbo Bronze Extra Hard Frets are invisibly mounted within the TigerStripe Ebony Fingerboard. A Brass Just-A-Nut III caps off the fingerboard while TigerStripe Ebony paddles are mounted to GraphTech Ratio tuning machines that make tuning this Thumb a smooth experience.
The bass ships in a Leather Bag with portfolio containing setup tools, wax, and a certificate of authenticity.
